Janesville man shot by homeowner charged | The Janesville Gazette. I wrote about this story when happened. Dr Rainiero shot Prochaska, after Prochaska crashed through the living room ceiling of the Rainiero house and then would not leave after repeated warnings. Dr Rainiero shot to protect his family.
Prochaska faces a possible 28 years in prison if convicted. He was charged with burglary and felony criminal damage to property, both as a habitual criminal.
