Climate Change - Who's to Blame?

JUPITER CLIMATE CRISIS! Along with DV over at A Tangled Web, I wonder about the following questions....

If climate change on earth is caused by humans burning fossil fuels in our great big SUVs, is climate change on Mars the result of Martians? What about the new evidence of climate change on Jupiter?

I'm just asking.
