The Second Amendment Should Cover This

Reuters AlertNet - U.S. House backs disaster area gun possession. But in this day of stupid court rulings, and law enforcement acting like the jack-booted thugs of a police state, I suppose I am happy it is working its way through Congress.
WASHINGTON, July 25 (Reuters) - The U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday approved a bill barring federal law enforcement officers from confiscating legally owned guns after a disaster such as Hurricane Katrina.

The vote on the legislation strongly backed by the influential National Rifle Association gun lobby was 322-99, with half the Democrats joining the majority Republicans in voting for it.
The Brady Bunch and the extreme Left are, of course, upset.
