Mohave Daily News: Some 400 new state laws now in effect; 20 involve guns Self-defense in a shooting in a home-invasion situation has changed. It is now up the prosecution to prove it was NOT self-defense, as opposed to the homeowner proving it was. (Doesn't this fall under "innocent until proven guilty?")
