16 Years Later, Is it Justice?

JusticeRolling faces execution for murders of 5 college students I don't trust the government enough to want to see them with the power to kill people. Although this case is pretty clear, Danny Harold Rolling plead "guilty" on the first day of his trial, there are cases where it is clear that the innocent have been executed.

For 16 years this case has been in the courts.
His final attempt to stop his death was before the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday.
Would life in prison without parole be better or worse? Consider that case where the system executed someone who clearly did not commit the crime. Now which is better or worse?

As I have said in the past, whatever else the "Criminal Justice System" is, it is a government bureaucracy. I don't trust government bureaucrats - like the ATF for example - to have this much power.
