One Year for Sexual Assault and Double Stabbing

After sexually assaulting a woman and then stabbing her and her partner, a man was released from jail after serving 367 days.

Why? Because he is sick and cannot control himself.

The court heard [the goblin] has Asperger's syndrome which affects his ability to appreciate the significance of his behaviour.

So, is he more likely to be a repeat offender because he cannot "appreciate the significance of his behaviour?" If so, he should definitely be locked up.
