Good Guys 2, Bad Guys 0

WBIR.COM - Homeowner shoots robber coming in through window They picked the wrong house.
Two men tried to break into the home of 63-year-old Horace Garland. The homeowner shot 21-year-old Jeremy Johnson when he came through a window.

Johnson's stepbrother, Timothy Sellers then came into the house and fired a shot at Garland, missing him.
Johnson was shot in the neck. Sellers dragged Johnson out of the house and took him to the hospital.
Vietnam Veteran Horace Garland has fired a gun many times before.

But the 63 year-old never dreamed that he would be in the line of fire again and depending on his gun to save his life.
Police don't expect him to face any charges because self-defense is legal (and a human right.)
