[Rema] Reed and her current boyfriend, Terry Buchanan, 36, left the apartment and hopped in her Hyundai Accent to leave for work at T.G.I. Friday's when her ex-boyfriend ambushed them, police said.

Reed tried to drive away, running up on the curb, when the ex-boyfriend shot her twice in the head and face, police said.

Buchanan ran, but the ex-boyfriend fatally shot him two times in the small complex's driveway, police said.

This is not the first time this guy - they have not released his name - has killed. Last time it was manslaughter. Seems he is moving up in the world.

Neang Roeun, 31, of Phyllis Street, died Sunday. The Sheriff's Office determined he shot his ex-girlfriend and then himself.
