More of the Police State in Boston

Turner questions gun search plan - BostonHerald.com Warrantless searches. Oh the police will ask "permission." Imagine the scene. A SWAT team appears at your front door and asks for permission to search your home. (Anyone want to take bets on how often they will "ask" to search Blacks' homes versus Whites' homes?)
“This program relies on the informed consent of the young person’s legal guardians, and it will operate only with families who voluntarily agree to it,” Conley said in a statement.
Informed Consent? Really?

I hope that the good people of Boston close the door in their faces. But I doubt it. And if you do close the door in their face, will they decide you have something to hide?
