30 Day Suspension is Not Enough

Bailiff Suspended After Leaving Woman In Cell For Four Days A woman was left in a holding cell for four days without food, water or access to a bathroom.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office says a bailiff who left a woman in a small holding cell at a county courthouse for four days without food, water or access to a bathroom will be suspended for 30 days without pay.
What a shame. He shouldn't be suspended. He shouldn't be fired. He should be charged - with negligence if nothing else.

Oh, "he forgot." I'm sorry, but that sounds like an old Steve Martin/Saturday Night Live sketch. And while it was funny on SNL, it isn't funny in this case.

Just another example of how the system can do anything to you it wants to do, and no one - aside from you - will pay.

This isn't just an immigration issue. This is just the Justice System (sic) acting with impunity (and immunity).
