Cop Selling Stolen Guns

Tulsa policeman charged with selling stolen guns resigns | Why did he think that the rules didn't apply to him?
Visser, who has been assigned to the department's firearms training facility and range, was accused by Robert T. Raley, assistant U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma, of selling at least eight stolen firearms and multiple cases of ammunition.
17 ½ years on the force done.

It isn't the first time he has been in trouble. He was fired for excessive use of force in 2000, but reinstated by an arbitrator. I don't think the union will back him this time.
