The New Politics Includes Attacks on Free Speech

Obama mobilizes rapid response on Web -- If someone has a position you disagree with, don't bother to argue the merits of their position, silence them.

Sounds a little like the "digital Brownshirts" that the Democrats were blasting in previous elections.

Why bother with Free Speech, or issues or whatever. Just silence them in whatever way possible.
"If Barack Obama demonstrates this little regard for free speech from his opponents during the campaign, what could the American people expect from him as a president?" Ed Martin, president of American Issues Project, said in a statement.
Why we don't have to guess. "Hate Speech" will be expanded so that you can't say anything that isn't government approved. Soon you won't think any thoughts that aren't government approved.
