A Lake County grand jury said Wednesday no criminal charges should be brought against a Waukegan store clerk who shot and killed an armed robber.The comments are filled with people who think the clerk should be hung out to dry, and the authorities conducted "an exhaustive investigation" because they were hoping to charge him with something.
Illinois lacking a strong version of the Castle Doctrine, some are betting the relatives of the dead guy will be suing the clerk and the store.
