Maybe I Should Start a "Cops Behaving Stupidly" Category

The Associated Press: Boy, 14, dupes police, patrols Chicago for 5 hours So someone walks in off the street, and everyone assumes they are who they say they are.
A 14-year-old aspiring police officer donned a uniform, walked into a Chicago police station and managed to get an assignment — patroling in a squad car for five hours before he was detected, police said Sunday.
I don't honestly know whether to laugh (at the bumbling insanity that is the Chicago PD) or cry (because "Chicago's Finest" don't know a 14-year-old kid isn't a cop).
