Didn't Take "Dear Leader" Long to Change Our Minds

Rasmussen Reports™:
Generic Congressional Ballot: Republicans Take Small Lead on Generic Congressional Ballot
They conduct a survey every week called the "generic poll" which asks "if the election where held this week" which party would you support. After a few years of the Dems winning all the time (as reflected in the last 2 elections) times are beginning to change.
Democrats began the year holding a six or seven point lead over the GOP for the first several weeks of 2009. Over the past month, the gap has been smaller, with Democrats holding a two-to-four point lead. It remains to be seen whether the current results reflect lasting change or statistical noise.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
