Once Again the System Fails to Protect

Victim's Family Vows To Fight Domestic Violence -- Courant.com She had a restraining order. It was repeatedly violated. She went to the cops - three different jurisdictions: where she lived, where she worked, where he lived.

The result? She is dead.
About 9:40 p.m. on Feb. 14, police responding to a 911 call found Notice wounded on the back deck of her Plainville home. She had been stabbed several times. She was alive but unresponsive and was pronounced dead about two hours later at Hartford Hospital. Carter was arrested the next morning.
More candle-light marches, more counselors will not stop people like this guy.

Give people with a restraining order, a gun, ammo, and training. Also a concealed carry license would be good.

Self-defense is a human right. The police cannot protect you. Do the math.
