What If You Called 911, and Nothing Was Done?

Plant City Changes Policy On 911 Calls The call was made from a cell phone. The victim was locked in the trunk of a car, so couldn't say where she was. No one did anything.

She was found dead later.

So you think if you get into trouble, a call to 911 will set everything right, do you? There is a nice bridge you might be interested in buying, or some prime swamp land....

They did nothing. No one was sent to look for the car, no one was contacted to trace the call. Nothing.

Call 911 if you like; it is a fine thing to do. Just don't insist that doing so will solve all of your problems.
