I Can Hardly Wait for Socialized Medicine

Another super-bug outbreak at a UK hospital. C.difficile patients now reach 17 But don't worry the two people who died were described as "frail." (Actually I don't know why that should be reassuring.)
A total of 17 people have been infected with Clostridium difficile at a hospital in Moray.

NHS Grampian said that, of those, eight remained on the wards at Dr Gray's Hospital in Elgin.
This is one of the bugs that is nearly resistant to anti-biotic drugs.

C. diff seems to be a regular problem at UK's National Health Service hospitals. Given descriptions of the lack of basic cleanliness, I'm not surprised. (Hey, you're lucky to have free health care, even if it is killing you. You could have to pay for it like we do. </sarcasm>)
