San Francisco Still Hates Guns

NRA Comes to SF to Challenge Gun Law It appears that San Francisco has the same set of crazy requirements that DC had. Keep guns unusable.

But what has to really turn the stomachs of the gun-haters in SF is that one of the plaintiffs is a member of The Pink Pistols.
Plaintiffs include an officer of the San Francisco chapter of Pink Pistols, "an organization that represents the interests of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered firearms owners."

The NRA claims that requiring handguns to be rendered "inoperable at all times," makes it impossible for its members to use guns for self-defense, "particularly in urgent, life-threatening situations."
They also specifically prohibit the sale of self-defense ammo.

What a bunch of maroons.

(For information on Pink Pistols or to find a chapter near you follow this link. Pink Pistols does not discriminate, while it was started by the LGBT community, everyone is welcome. A lot of folks not comfortable with conservatives in the gun-owning community, may find a home with Pink Pistols.)
