How is All That Gun Control Working Out?

Chicago has 7 shooting deaths in 24 hours Illinois - mostly at the behest of Chicago - has some of the most insane gun laws in America. When I am visiting my dad, I can't go to the range, buy ammo, etc. Luckily it isn't too far to the Indiana state line. Still a royal pain - especially given the general ammo situation lately. (Just seems crazy because there is a relatively new, very modern range not far from my dad.)

But all that gun control in the state - together with the outlawing of handguns in Chicago itself - hasn't done a damn thing to fix the problems of the state.
Chicago had seven shooting deaths in 24 hours this weekend, and police say they have no suspects in custody.

All seven victims were men in their 20s or 30s, and all were shot to death.
Actually with no new gun control laws, Chicago police have pushed crime down about 15% this year.
