A robber from Costa Mesa was killed by his own gun Sunday in Riverside County when his victim wrestled away his weapon and turned it on him, police said Monday.

He died in the street. His (suspected) female accomplice was arrested a short while later and charge with murder.

The homeowner has not been charged, because self-defense is a human right.
