Police say the suspect tried to rob a smoke shop at about 10:00 Tuesday night.Bad guy ran like a rabbit, but was apparently not injured. (People - me included - need to spend more time at the range.)
Once the suspect pulled out his gun, though, the clerk took out his own and shot at the suspect.
