When officers arrived, the homeowner reported that a male subject had been inside his home. The homeowner said that feeling his family was in imminent danger he initially yelled for his wife to call 911, while he retrieved his handgun and fired a shot in the direction of the intruder.He didn't end up shot, but I bet he had to change his shorts.
The suspect fled and has not yet been found. Local medical facilities were immediately notified and asked to be aware of anyone coming in suffering from a gunshot wound; however, police officials say from further investigation they do not believe the bullet struck the suspect.
Self-defense is human right.
