Self-defense is Legal in Wisconsin

No charges for Kenosha store owner who shot robber
Assistant District Attorney Richard Ginkowski says the owner of the Jewelry Exchange in Kenosha was acting in self-defense on Wednesday when two men walked into his store and one pointed a handgun at him. The store owner pulled his own gun out from under the counter and shot the armed man in the chest.
The guy who was shot was found a block away. Police are looking for the one that got away.

You would think criminals would learn that fewer and fewer law-abiding-citizens are willing to follow the "just give them what they want" advice.

Self-defense is a human right.
