The Blissful State of Health Care in the UK

Majority of Britons do not believe NHS does a good job: survey - Telegraph I thought it was supposed to be perfect.
Almost three out of five people in Britain do not believe the NHS is doing a good job, according to an international survey.
This in particular caught my eye.
There was also a poor response when questioned about hospital care with 63 per cent saying they were satisfied with recent care. Satisfaction rates were higher in all the other countries except Canada, the survey revealed.
I thought Canada also had perfect health care.
