Hill was arrested Sept. 21 after he was shot during a robbery attempt at the Neighbor’s Fuel Center on U.S. 52.Robinson was waiting in a car for Hill. Both were arrested. (Hill was arrested after treatment at a local hospital.)
During that robbery, he pointed a gun at the clerk and pulled the trigger, but the gun did not discharge.
A customer — the clerk’s husband — then pulled out a gun and shot Hill in the left arm, right leg and right hip, authorities said.
They were both charged with other robberies in the area, as well as charges for this bungled attempt.
