So the gay/trans guy "taunted" a straight boy, and that is supposed to excuse murder. Apparently. In the minds of the defense.
I wonder, if every gay, lesbian and trans high school student suddenly got up and shot their tormentors, would the good folks think it was justified? Somehow I doubt it.
Larry King took the taunting that he no-doubt received and threw it back in the face of his classmates. (He liked to see them squirm.) He was killed for it.
