Gun suits tossed by IL supreme court

Chicago Tribune | Chicago gun suits tossed:
The Illinois Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed two lawsuits that accused gunmakers of knowingly letting their weapons fall into the hands of criminals, ruling there was no legal basis for holding the manufacturers responsible.

The lawsuits, filed by the city of Chicago and victims of gun violence, accused the gunmakers of creating a public nuisance by pouring guns into the Chicago area
I wonder when Chicago will realize that with its draconian gun laws, it has one of the highest murder rates in the country, and that it needs to stop looking to place blame on others, and look to itself.
