Some Religious Freedom Still Exists

JusticeThe Associated Press: Appeals Court Tosses Judge's Wiccan Order A judge in Indiana ruled that divorcing parents could not teach their son Wicca. Both parents are Wiccan, and neither had brought up religion in the court proceedings. But this bigot decided he knew what was best and said that they could not teach their beliefs to their son.

His decision was overturned on appeal.

(Hey, he can restrict your rights under the second amendment, why not your rights under the first?)
