A story with a happy ending

Thunder .380 Tampabay: Husband arrested in his wife's kidnapping No thanks to the restraining order his wife had obtained.

Roy Kinard III kidnapped his wife (who had seperated from him and obtained the court order). He then fired 5 shots from a Bersa Thunder .380 semiautomatic handgun at a police officer, but missed both the officer and his car.
Kinard was charged with multiple crimes, including kidnapping, attempted murder of a law enforcement officer, felon in possession of a firearm, five counts of shooting within an occupied vehicle, aggravated fleeing and eluding, reckless driving and violation of a domestic violence injunction
So as someone once said, "All's well that ends well," but the restraining order had no protective value.
