Defenseless Victim Zone - College Campuses

Woman reports attack at BCC-Cocoa Florida has decided that college campuses - they are schools - are off-limits to concealed carry permit holders... at least while they are able to defend themselves. The result is a defenseless victim zone.

A woman has reported being attacked Sunday night while walking on the grounds of the Cocoa campus of Brevard Community College.

She was lucky - she fought and he was eventually scared off by police sirens in the area - on another call. She ran to a gas station and called police.

Florida, and all states, need to review why certain areas should be open hunting grounds for urban goblins. The only reason for this law is an irrational fear of firearms.
