MSM is Shocked to Find that the Majority Does Not Always Rule the Senate

Worldandnation: When the majority doesn't rule Now the St. Petersburg Times is slightly to the left of the World Workers' Party, so it is no surprise to find bias in their reporting.

They are shocked to find that a minority of just over 40 senators can hold up a bill via filibuster. I suppose they haven't noticed all of the times filibuster has been employed by the Democrats over the last 6 years. I guess they just weren't paying attention. (Couldn't be bias, not in the news media!)
