Cops Behaving Badly

Narcotics chief faces battery charge 2nd time in 3 years this goof-ball has been charged with domestic violence.
On Wednesday, a domestic violence hearing officer in state District Court in Albuquerque issued a yearlong restraining order against Sgt. Michael LeBlanc, 34, that requires him to stay away from his estranged wife.
Of course most people under the control of a restraining order can't carry firearms, but that doesn't apply to police, though they can "only" carry their government-issue firearm. There is that "two sets of rules" again, which usually means there is a police state somewhere.
