It Appears Self-defense is Legal in Pittsburgh

JusticeThe Sentinel Online : DA clears Pittsburgh gas station clerk in fatal robber shooting And after only a month. That's not bad Pittsburgh.
Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen Zappala said Wednesday that Walter C. Wetzel Jr., 58, of Pittsburgh, will not be charged with a crime in the July 14 shooting at the BP gas station in the city's Beechview section.

Video surveillance and a witness supported Wetzel's version of the shooting, Zappala said. Raymond Crawford, 30, of Pittsburgh, aimed a .357-caliber revolver at Wetzel that night after robbing two other stores earlier in the evening, Zappala said.
A month isn't bad for a DA to decide he can't prosecute self-defense. I wonder if Philadelphia would have reached a different conclusion?

Of course the DA wants us to cooperate. He doesn't offer any proof that leads to safety, just his prejudice.

Good Guys are still up 1 to 0 in this case.
