Arrested 3 times in 1 week for similar crimes

Police Investigating Hate Crimes Against Gays - News Story - WRC | Washington Is it any wonder that Washington, DC has crime problem when violent criminals are turned loose again and again?
Witnesses told NBC 4 on Friday that they saw a group of young men throw a 16-year-old transgender person through a plate glass window.
First district police officers who were nearby made the arrest. Police said they learned the 17-year-old suspect had been arrested twice earlier in the week for similar crimes. Reports indicated he was arrested last Saturday at 9th and F streets Northwest on suspicion of smashing out the window of a car in which a gay man was riding, NBC 4 reported. Police said the 17-year-old was arrested on Tuesday at the same location for a similar crime.
Each time he was released and went right back to being a violent criminal? What the hell did the judge expect? A slap on the wrist was going to reform a bigot? I wonder if he got out of jail the 3rd time.

It isn't just anti-gay crimes. If they won't punish the criminals, the criminals will learn the lesson that there are no consequences for their actions.

The judges in question should be removed from the bench. They have a sworn duty to protect the public, and they failed in this case.
