Getting on to the next phase of space travel

Google sponsors moon landing prize - Yahoo! News This is cool. Get government out of exploration - or at least break the monopoly.
Web search leader Google Inc. will sponsor a $30 million competition for an unmanned lunar landing, following up on the $10 million Ansari X Prize that spurred a private sector race to space.
Since as long as it is up to government we will get arguments about the use of tax dollars, I think it is great to get some private enterprise involved.

There are resources that could be useful.
