Colbert Gets One Right From Time to Time

I don't usually like the Colbert Report, well, the truth is I don't usually watch it. But this is classic. The send up of the anti-gay-marriage ad "The Gathering Storm" is wonderful. [Via the Examiner] The best line?

Remembering the Eliot Spitzer scandal, he added, "Why can't we go back to the good old days when marriage was between a man, a woman and an Emperor's Club hooker?"

I don't know which is more ridiculous, the original ad itself, or the fact that they spent 1.5 million on it.
