This is the story of the criminal who hasn't been sent to jail.

He violated restraining orders. He was granted parole. He violated the terms of his parole. He was granted more parole. He sexually attacked his ex-wife. He was... wait for it... granted parole.

Judge Brent Stewart granted him bail and he became a free man once again. Free to stalk, rape and assault. And the rest is history.

Good thing Canada has all those crazy gun laws, she might have shot him by now and put the parole system out of business.
