Stupid Burglar

You try to get in the front door. You're told to leave. You try to get in the back door. Same response. When the man with a gun says leave, you might consider a tactical retreat. Shooting apparently self-defense, cops say

Instead of leaving when told to do so, this idiot apparently lunged at a man with gun. A man on his own property.

Asked if detectives at this point considered the shooting an act of self-defense, Chavez said, “On its face, that’s where we’re at at this point.” He noted, however, that the Mesa County District Attorney’s Office will make the final determination on whether to file charges.

Self-defense is a human right.
